Should you wallow in gloom and perceive the world as a lonely place or face the future head on and be of good cheer as you wait for more exciting times ahead? While it is not at all wrong to feel sadness and loss, it isn’t necessary to linger in that feeling longer than you should. Separation anxiety should be dealt with and processed carefully. Letting go of situations you couldn’t control could give you the freedom that you have been looking for. Okay, okay. Things are easier said than done but don’t worry, you are not alone.
